Nadine Jans is a registered clinical counsellor with BCACC (# 13117) and a psychologist in the Netherlands.

She has over 15 years of experience working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional eating and brain damage, their families, and professionals, in both communities and complex care.

Nadine personalizes her approach to your individual needs and draws from neuroscientific insights and several evidence-based, experiential and trauma informed therapies such as Brainspotting (evolved from EMDR), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help you achieve your goals in life.

Nadine complies with the strict guidelines for ethical conduct set out by the BC Association for Clinical Counsellors.

The programs offered by Nadine are practical and designed in a way that is easy to understand.  In addition, programs are based on latest findings from neuroscience and are designed to re-wire the brain and help you thrive.
